In business for myself since 1999,
I finally took the plunge and incorporated. What does this mean
for current clients? No more pesky 1099 forms! What does it mean
for me? Quite honestly, the details are a bit fuzzy, but I think
it basically means that if you decide to sue me (which you shouldn't)
that I won't be homeless. It also means a ton of paperwork, a trip
to the bank to get things sorted out *and* a tax break. Or at least
that's what my CPA promised me.
